Accountability is $49/month AUD per Google Ads account, with welcome report, monthly accountability, and 3 credits. Action is $149/month AUD per Google Ads account, with everything in Accountability plus VIA sessions and 10 credits. Connect more than one Google Ads account and the second and subsequent accounts are billed at $29/month (Accountability) or $119/month (Action) each. Volume pricing for portfolios of 5+ accounts is coming soon.

Is there a free trial?

The free pre-audit is your trial. Run a 25-point health check on your account, see your initial score, and get a projected grade after first-round fixes. If you like what you see, upgrade to Accountability ($49/month) for reports and tracking, or Action ($149/month) for VIA sessions and execution.

Accountability ($49/month per Google Ads account): welcome report, monthly accountability reports, 3 report credits per month. Analysis only. Your account is never modified. Action ($149/month per Google Ads account): everything in Accountability plus VIA optimisation sessions and 10 report credits per month. VIA sessions can execute approved changes, but only after batch confirmation. Agency (coming soon): volume pricing for portfolios of five or more accounts. What are credits and how do I get them?

Health check credits let you run additional 25-point checks and ad-hoc snapshot reports between monthly reports. Useful when you've made major changes and want immediate feedback. Accountability includes 3 credits per month. Action includes 10 credits per month. Credits reset on your billing date and don't carry over.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel anytime via your dashboard or by emailing support@viacmo.com.au — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep full access until then. After cancellation, your account and reports become inaccessible. Your data is retained as-is for 90 days so you can reactivate without losing your baseline. After 90 days, we de-identify or aggregate it — reactivating after that means starting a new baseline. Export anything you want to keep before the period ends. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Do you offer refunds?

Subscription Fees are paid in advance and are generally non-refundable. Two exceptions: if you are charged for an automatic renewal you didn't intend, you have a 10 Business Day grace period from the renewal date to cancel and request a refund of that renewal payment. And rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. If something isn't working as expected, contact us at support@viacmo.com.au.

Question 7

What happens if my Google Ads connection breaks after subscribing?

Accepted Answer

Your subscription continues, but reports pause until you reconnect. We'll notify you immediately if the connection drops. Reconnecting takes 60 seconds and doesn't affect your billing cycle.

Question 8

When do my credits reset?

Accepted Answer

Credits reset on your billing date each month. Unused credits do not carry over to the next period. Credits cannot be shared or transferred between accounts.
