AI Google Ads Platform — Grade, Recommend, Execute, Measure
Most Google Ads tools advise. viaCMO executes.
The platform combines a deterministic 100-point grading algorithm with VIA, an AI Account Manager that walks through recommendations and executes approved changes directly in your Google Ads account. The grade is calculated by code. The execution is AI-powered. The distinction matters.

The Key Distinction
Deterministic Grading vs AI Execution — Two Different Systems
The 100-point grade is not AI-generated. It is calculated by a deterministic algorithm — the same criteria applied the same way every time. The score is what the data shows. There is no interpretation, no weighting by confidence, no AI summary of account health.
VIA is the AI layer. VIA uses a large language model to communicate recommendations in plain language, answer questions about specific findings, generate ad copy variants, and guide you through the decision on each recommendation. VIA does not determine the grade. VIA communicates and executes what the grading algorithm identifies.
Keeping these systems separate is intentional. The grade's credibility depends on its determinism. The recommendations' usability depends on AI communication. Conflating them would undermine both.
The Platform Loop
The Google Ads Analysis Tool Loop — Audit to Accountability
Audit
100-point deterministic grade. Every campaign scored. Every criterion checked against a defined threshold.
Grade
A single score out of 100 with category breakdown. Grade reflects structural foundations — conversion tracking, bid strategy, account setup — weighted more heavily than performance efficiency metrics.
Recommend
Prioritised recommendation list generated by the grading algorithm. Each recommendation tied to a specific finding. Ordered by structural impact.
Execute (via VIA)
VIA walks through each recommendation. You decide what happens with each one: execute automatically, handle manually, reject, or defer. Five change types execute directly: negative keywords, responsive search ads, bid strategy, sitelinks, and budget adjustments.
Measure
Monthly accountability report. Change detection. Before-and-after evidence. Grade trends.
VIA
VIA — The AI Google Ads Advisor
VIA is the viaCMO AI Account Manager. It opens each session with the finding — grounded in your account's specific data — and walks through the recommendation.
What VIA executes automatically:
- Negative keyword additions — from the search term intent classification analysis.
- Responsive Search Ad updates — new ad copy variants generated and submitted for approval.
- Bid strategy changes — strategy switches executed with the correct assessment window communicated upfront.
- Sitelink additions — extension gaps filled based on the account's existing approved assets.
- Budget adjustments — increases or decreases to high-performing or underperforming campaigns.
Changes not on this list require manual implementation. VIA identifies them, explains them, and tracks whether they were implemented — but does not auto-execute them.
Differentiation
How viaCMO Differs from Other Tools
vs Optmyzr
Optmyzr targets PPC agencies and professionals. viaCMO targets the SMB who wants accountability for the money they spend, not a tool for the professional managing the account.
vs WordStream Ads Grader
WordStream's grader is a one-time snapshot. No tracking. No accountability layer. No change detection. No outcome validation.
vs Agency reporting
Agency reports are produced by the people whose performance the reports reflect. viaCMO sits outside the management relationship with no retainer, no management fee, and no vested interest.
vs Generic AI tools
Generic Google Ads AI tools advise. viaCMO's VIA executes. The recommendation is not the end of the process — implementation and outcome measurement are.
