How does the free pre-audit work?

Connect your Google Ads account via OAuth (60 seconds). All plans use the same Google Ads API connection. The Action plan unlocks VIA sessions, which can execute approved changes, but nothing runs without your confirmation. We run a 25-point health check across key areas including conversion tracking, campaign structure, keyword quality, and more. You get an instant score plus a projected grade after first-round fixes.

Does viaCMO change anything in my account?

Nothing changes in your Google Ads account until you approve it in a VIA session and confirm the batch. The Google Ads API only issues a single OAuth scope that covers both read and write — there is no read-only equivalent — so the technical permission to write is granted on every plan. Whether viaCMO can use that permission is gated by your subscription tier and by your in-session approval. On Free and Accountability, no execution path is available — your account is analysed only, never modified. On Action, VIA sessions can execute changes you have reviewed and confirmed in a batch summary. You can revoke viaCMO's access at any time through your Google account settings.

Is viaCMO affiliated with Google?

No. viaCMO is completely independent. We're not a Google Partner, we don't receive referral fees, and we have no commercial relationship with Google. This independence is deliberate. It means our analysis has no conflict of interest.

The free pre-audit costs nothing: 25-point health check, instant results, no credit card required. Accountability is $49/month AUD (inc. GST) per Google Ads account, with welcome report, monthly accountability, and 3 credits. Action is $149/month AUD (inc. GST) per Google Ads account, with everything in Accountability plus VIA sessions and 10 credits. Connect more than one Google Ads account and the second and subsequent accounts are billed at $29/month (Accountability) or $119/month (Action) each. All prices inc. GST. Volume pricing for portfolios of 5+ accounts is coming soon.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel anytime via your dashboard or by emailing support@viacmo.com.au — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep full access until then. After cancellation, your account and reports become inaccessible. Your data is retained as-is for 90 days so you can reactivate without losing your baseline. After 90 days, we de-identify or aggregate it — reactivating after that means starting a new baseline. Export anything you want to keep before the period ends. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
